Los Arcos´ background goes back to 1977, when the first restaurant opened in Culiacan, Sinaloa, Mexico.
However, the history of the name Los Arcos comes from the old East Aqueduct of the City of Culiacan, built by our ancestors in the 19th century. Using the region's traditional brick, our ancestors gave it an arch form. The aqueduct's function was to irrigate the sugarcane plantations. Today, these plantations have become the residential zone named "Las Quintas", where our first restaurant began a new era for the name Los Arcos, honoring the aqueduct's ruins.
Our goal is to stand out our regional cuisine style. Prepared with fish and seafood, distinguished by their finest quality, freshness and variety. That is why our friends and customers had identified us along these 30 years of service as "Best Seafood Cuisine from the Pacific Coast". This has made us achieve an important place in our national gastronomy.
Nowadays, thanks to the customer's acceptance and preference, we have restaurants in cities such as Culiacán, Mazatlán, Tijuana , Mexicali, Ciudad Juárez, Guadalajara (Lázaro Cárdenas and Acueducto), Ciudad de México (Polanco, San Jerónimo, Niza, Satelite and Insurgentes), Toluca, Monterrey (Morones Prieto, Garza Sada and Barragán) and San Diego (USA). Here, we combine good service, a rich variety of dishes, and our product's freshness, always delighting the most demanding tastes.
